The IQ-Net programme of applied research and debate is centred on a bi-annual conference for network members. Papers are prepared by EPRC as the basis for discussion at each meeting, bringing together comparative experience from across the EU. These include regular updates of progress with the programmes and in-depth reports on specific themes (e.g. evaluation and monitoring, State aid and Cohesion policy programmes, the use of financial instruments, Smart Specialisation strategies).
The next conference will be the 47th IQ-Net meeting which will take place on 11-13 December 2019 in Delft, Netherlands hosted by hosted by the Managing Authority Kansen voor West. The main theme is ‘Preparing for 2021-27 – delivery mechanisms and stakeholder engagement’.
